Adva’s expertise spans a wide range of real estate matters, including combination transactions, asset acquisitions, strategic partnerships, project financing, and large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, and assisted living developments.
Adva has particular experience in urban renewal initiatives – evacuation-reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) and Tama 38 – managing multi-party negotiations and crafting legal frameworks that accommodate diverse ownership interests while driving complex projects involving hundreds and thousands of housing units.
A sharp business perspective distinguishes her approach, attention to legal detail, and ability to design integrated solutions for complex legal and financial structures. This includes aligning various transaction types under a unified legal framework and structuring financing that satisfies banking standards and stakeholder expectations.
Her clients include major performers in Israel’s real estate market, such as Yohananoff, Kardan Real Estate, Rotem Shani, and Oranim. Notable recent projects include the “Lev Yehud” development (NIS 1.2 billion), a large-scale residential neighborhood in Hadera (NIS 760 million), and the SeaOne assisted living project in Rishon LeZion.
